Hello. I'm Eddie Davies. I work as a management trainer, consultant and coach using experience I've gained over 25 years with leading national organisations.
I specialise in helping managers and their staff in the rapidly changing environment of the public service sector. Using a faciltiative style I focus on enabling managers to apply interpersonal skills to get the best results at work. The CIPD have recognised my expertise and have elected me onto their select Consultants' Register.
